What exactly is the 'Burk, Burk, Burk' langauage setting for in the game? The words come out all crazy

A little joke put in by the developers perhaps, an easter egg?

It's the Swedish chef from the Muppets, and it's "Bork, Bork, Bork."

That is incorrect. it is the "Swedish chef" from The Muppet Show.
